Cooking From Scratch with Juanita

My journey with Thermomix began in 2018 when I attended a cooking event. Initially unsure of what to expect, I became increasingly fascinated as I learned more about its capabilities.

As a busy mum managing a hectic household, the daily "what's for dinner?" question was a challenge. What drew me in was the vast recipe collection on Cookidoo, the convenience of creating shopping lists, and the option to order groceries with the aid of the app. Having initially owned the Thermomix TM5 and then upgrading to the TM6 the jump in technology and capability was amazing.

Our Thermomix has become an indispensable kitchen companion, used 3-4 times a day. The appliance has inspired my daughter to become a skilled baker and my husband to search for the perfect curry recipe. We enjoy cooking from scratch, exploring new dishes like Portuguese Custard Tarts and Kibbeh. Now in my fifth year as a Thermomix Advisor, I am passionate about sharing the joys of Thermomix, demonstrating how it can save time, money, and effort in the kitchen. Like many others our family has food allergies and intolerances so we are intune with these requirements.
